The Covent Garden Hotel's Sake Martini – Recipe
For an elegant surprise, enjoy this sophisticated cocktail. It’s light, aromatic and sippable, and matches wonderfully with parmesan chunks.

30ml gin – opt for a crisp gin variety
15ml Lillet Blanc – a floral and citrus aperitif
15ml sake – a light, medium-bodied one, ideally
Measure the gin, Lillet Blanc and sake into a shaker, toss in plenty of ice cubes and stir for 30 seconds to chill well. Pour into a frosty martini glass and enjoy.
